2. Go to the Billing section
3. Press the ‘Cancel’ button if you just want to cancel your subscription and may want to resubscribe later
4. Otherwise, press the ‘Delete Account’ button
5. Your Accountable2You subscription should now be cancelled or deleted and you should not be billed again
