How To Cancel Fastrak Subscription In Easy Steps

Cancelling a subscription service that you no longer need just became so much easier.

To cancel your FasTrak Subscription, follow these easy steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Manage Tags & Vehicles
3. Select Report Lost or Stolen for each tag
4. Under the ‘New Status’ dropdown, select Lost and continue to deactivate toll tags
6. Click on Edit Account Settings and Payment Methods
7. Scroll down and click on Close my Account
8. Select a reason for cancelling
