How To Cancel Shippingeasy Subscription In Easy Steps
Cancelling a subscription service that you no longer need just became so much easier.
1. Log in to your account and go to ‘Settings’ on the blue navigation bar
2. Click on ‘Subscription & Billing’.
3. Confirm by clicking the ‘Cancel Account’ button.
4. Check the box ‘Yes, I’m sure I want to cancel my ShippingEasy account and I understand that access to ShippingEasy will end immediately’.
5. Provide a reason for cancelling.
6. Click the ‘Cancel My Account’ button.
7. You will receive an email confirming that your ShippingEasy account has been closed.
