To cancel your Twilio Subscription, follow these easy steps:
1. Login to the website
2. Go to the ‘Manage Numbers’ page
3. Click on the number you would like to release.
4. Look at the bottom of the screen for a link that reads ‘Release Number’.
If you have upgraded and added your own funds, contact customer support and ask to cancel.
